About COPCALC

COPCALC is an online calculation tool for heat pump installations. Based on a powerful calculation engine, COPCALC is able to simulate the energy production and needs during a year and present the results within seconds. It is easy to configure a different scenario and then run the calculations again.

COPCALC is able to handle heat pumps based on inverter or frequency control technologies. When modelling heat pumps in COPCALC, the dynamics of the inverter and frequency control is included in the model and used during the calculations.

The COPCALC calculation engine is developed together with Jan-Erik Nowacki (Nowab) and the implementation on the web is created by Tangix Design & Development.

Results are presented directly on the screen or as a downloadable PDF (click here for a sample report).

System requirements

All modern browsers are supported. Multiple languages for the user interface and reports are available.

Hosted solution

COPCALC is a licensed as a hosted product to manufacturers and resellers of heat pumps.

Hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services on Ireland.
